Mystery Film Screening & Writing Workshop

On 5th September 2026, GORE is excited to host a mystery film screening & writing workshop as part of Scalarama Leeds DIY Film Festival 2026.

GORE is an international queer writing collective with roots in Leeds and Nottingham. We use horror cinema as inspiration for our darkest, strangest and most liberating imaginings. We've been hosting workshops and publishing zines since 2022, and we're delighted to bring what we do to Scalarama.

We'll be watching a mystery film TO BE REVEALED and hosting an inclusive and supportive space to write in response to the movie. No prior writing experience required!
