Refund policy

Customers have a 14-day window to cancel orders and request a refund.

For digital items, this begins at the point of purchase.

For physical items, this begins at the point of delivery. 

If a physical item has been sent out at the time the order is cancelled, the customer must return the item at their own expense to request a refund. Please email allisfullofgore[at]gmail.com to request a return address and for any other enquiries.

Cancellations and refunds will not be granted after the 14-day window.
